Everything excellent except for a bad experience with the numbing gel. Gel applied to both sides of mouth soon worked its way to the middle and numbed my throat and uvula. As such I could not feel liquid in the area until I was already choking. I have never had this gel before nor have I ever had the choking problem. I recall a swab on a stick with numbing agent being used effectively with NO side effects. I recommend you quit using the runny gel and change to something else.

The staff and doctor were very gracious, informative, caring and professional even though it had been more than a decade since I had been to the dentist -quite a mess in my mouth :-( Brynn and Sara were so gentle taking x-rays/pics and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Brad was genuinely concerned that I take care of my teeth for me...I had never heard, "brush at night for you and brush in the morning for others." Apparently those 8 hours of sleeping with debri on my teeth is when the harm takes place!! I left with a written plan to take care of the remaining concerns...should be done before the year is out, yay!!!

Ever since the switch, I've been impressed with the advanced technology they use to operate and the speed of which they get you in and out for cleanings. Everyone I've encountered has been very nice and helpful! I've had a few of cavities since which have been handled with care by Dr. Matthews. (She's the best!) With three kids at home, Jolly has enough Hygienists to take each of them back at the same time, saving time for our busy family. Lastly, Jolly Family Dental is less than 5 mins away from my house! The office observed safe Covid practices. All employees wore masks, waiting room chairs were spaced apart, and not much time was spent in the waiting room. The staff is very friendly and tries to ensure your comfort. Questions were answered in technical terms and laymen terms. This gives me an opportunity to learn new words and also understand what I need to know about my dental health. I have always been a nervous wreck going to the dentist, but not so here. I am still nervous, but not uncomfortably so.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? I received friendly and professional service from the time I checked until I left. Dr. Mathews and Ashley were very informative about every step they were taking in my regimen. I left the office feeling I'd received the best service humanly possible...a very assured and refreshing feeling even with the significant amount of pain I was in when I arrived. On another note: I was worked in as an emergency patient due to a cancellation that morning. I called at 7:00 am and was scheduled to be seen between 9:00 and 9:30 the same morning.
I loved my visit. I’ve been trying for years to get my cosmetic issues fixed with other dentist but this is the only one that gave me a an answer and a plan. I love everyone’s attitudes and how sweet everyone is. I probably will never go anywhere else again. I’m even trying to get my dad to start using them too! I can not express how well the costumer service was and how it just made the whole experience perfect and it shows that they really care. Hadlee is amazing and so sweet! I can not wait to work with her and Dr. Matthews on getting the smile I’ve always wanted.

I started having my teeth cleaned at Jolly Dental a little over a year ago. The hygienist was great and all staff there are always friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I met Scott and Brad Jolly and fealt the same way about them. I elected to have some fairly major work done and I couldn't have asked for any better care that what Rebecca Siria DMD and her assistant Makayla provided. They are patient, caring, up-beat, fun to talk to and work with, they strive to make sure you are comfortable and they are great at their profession. So far I am very pleased with all aspects at Jolly Dental and I feel that at Jolly, there's no need to fear going to the dentist.

She is really caring in ensuring there is no discomfort during the cleaning. All the staff are so helpful and nice - from the team that greets and checks you in to billing - they all go out of their way to help you anyway they can. It’s so nice to walk into a such friendly place and feel as if you matter to them. It’s obvious they all take great pride in their work and service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have never been to a nicer dental clinic. They always explain what is going on when I ask. It is easy to book appointments. Even with the craziness going on right now they had an automated system to warn you to call in to ask for any changes in practices.

They have done a wide variety of procedures from simple cavities to multiple crowns for me. From the very first interaction I have had with EVERYONE in this office, I have never experienced in ANY medical/dental facility the level of competence, friendliness, and just all around care that I have received here. I would give them MORE than a Five if possible!!!

I came in as a new patient early Monday morning after dealing with tooth pain all weekend. They were able to work me in in less than an hour without an appointment. Dr. Brad Jolly and his talented team of hygienists make sure you are comfortable and cared for. I’m personally not a fan of fillings....but who is? I put in my earbuds and listened to relaxing music so I didn’t hear the sounds of the tools! Thankful for a great team of people that are putting me on my way to a healthier mouth!

Been going to the Jolly's for years - it's a top-notch facility with super nice people and my teeth are in great shape due to their service. One qualm - the exam room I'm always in has an inordinate number of Bible verses on sticky notes spread throughout, and one hygienist allegedly scoffed at a close friend of mine for asking that the TV channel be changed from a religious sermon. I've always been handed the TV controller, personally, so that might've been a one-off. Would still recommend.

I've been a patient here for almost 7 years. The staff is wonderful. Wait times are usually short and the cleaning is quick and thorough. One of the first things I want to point out happened on the day of my Mothers appt. It was when we walked in the lady behind the counter said "Hello Ms. Betty", now this may be a small step to others but for me that day it was the biggest. Mother has Alzheimer's & didn't remember that she had already been there before & didn't know why she was there that day. Everyone who had contact with her that day was so patience & explained to her what they were fixing to do to her. This was not only helpful to Mother but it was a great help to me also & I appreciate all they did. Thanks to everyone for your kindness.

Initial visit to this office after being with the previous dentist for 30 years! I was highly pleased with the initial reception to the full explain of the financial and insurance aspect of the services to be provided. I feel that the Jolly Dental Service is one of the, if not the, best in town. Their customer service starts weeks before the appointment, with text messages as a reminder, to a phone call the week before, then to day you walk in the door. The reception area is clean, and friendly, for all ages, and the ladies at the desk try to call you by name. The individuals in the back are friendly and vocal with you, putting you at ease, from taking your medical history, to taking radiological exams to the cleaning and alleviating pain when they do more thorough work on your teeth. Once again I feel that this dental service is the epitome of dental care and is extremely customer friendly. I recommend it to any body, even my family and grandchildren. I love that I never have much of a wait after I arrive. They are ready to go when I get there. Everyone is very friendly, and I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" me on any particular procedures. They always explain what needs to be done and what kind of timeline is necessary. I have been a patient for years, and plan to remain one for many more!
The staff was great. They were polite and professional at answering many of my questions. The technician (Danielle) explained the procedure before it was done. SShe would always ask if I feel any pain, and that was just as important.
My routine cleaning went better then expected. I was called back a few minutes before my apt time (no waiting) and was greeted with smiling faces. Stephanie cleaned my teeth and was very gentle and she was very good at explaining what she was doing. I didn't have to wait long for Dr.Brad to come in and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Stephanie and Dr. Jolly to someone who was looking for a dentist.

My family has been going to the Jolly Dental clinic for over 20 years. My husband and I see different hygienists and we both get superior service. Today I saw Melody and as usual, she was on time, caring and thorough. I have some special needs with my teeth due to an illness and she has helped me work out a schedule that has alievated long cleaning time and much more pain free. From the front desk to whoever we are seeing that day, we are treated like we are their only clients. Jolly Dental is the only place for us, we love all of them and feel so comfortable there.
This visit was a regular checkup which involved X-rays and teeth cleaning. The hygienist was new to me, but she was excellent. Dr Brad Jolly is wonderful. He is professional, and he is friendly. One thing I really like about the clinic is their timeliness. I have never waited more than a few minutes to see someone. Also, Dr Brad is very savvy about dental health and care for my teeth. He is conservative in his approach and does not overcharge his clients.

Considering the time I have spent in a dental chair, I think I qualify as an expert! And without a doubt, Dr. Brad Jolly and dental hygienist Danielle are THE BEST dentist and hygienist I have ever encountered. They are both so gentle; they explain everything before they do it and they always want to make sure I am comfortable. I wish I had found them years ago; if I had, I am sure I would never have developed periodontal disease requiring 4 maintenance appointments per year now for the rest of my life. But I know I am in good hands now! And their staff is wonderful - always pleasant and helpful ! I gave them 5 stars but would give 10 if available. Love, love, love them!!

I also like that Stephanie, my hygienist, is very friendly while working on my teeth. She is friendly without trying to have a conversation while she works, that's a huge plus. I can usually get in at my convenience, another plus. Dr. Barfield answers my questions without making me feel like she can't wait to move on to someone else.

I know I speak for my entire family when I say Everything that happens at Jolly Family Dentistry is pleasant, positive and professional. You you can still feel the deep down love and respect they have for their family business! We never dread going in every 6 months for cleanings. It's just a way of life for our family to take daily care of our teeth and always making and keeping their twice yearly hygienist appointments. My three year old granddaughter went to an appointment recently. She was so excited to receive a token that yielded a yo-yo. On its first use it hit the ground and split in half. She was sad and heart broken. Kids look forward to these little treats however, the bouncy balls are so small they should be consider a choking hazard. The staff at Jolly Family Dental are amazing. I recently had 3 fillings done. They explained the procedures and exactly what to expect before starting and as the work progressed. I did not use the gas, but I still felt relaxed and safe for the entire time. The staff present themselves as very confident, positive, and happy. I've had several appointments over the last 18 months, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time.

Today I had my first cleaning after two years of convincing myself it was o.k. to wait. It was because I usually require anesthesia just to calm me during the cleaning process. I told myself that I could no longer let anxiety be the reason for not going and so I did. I arrived to friendly staff who greeted me with a smile. My wait time was very short and then my dental hygienist welcomed me and she was excellent. She took x-rays, examined, and cleaned my teeth. She was so good that I didn't even realize I did not require the anesthesia (gas) to ease my anxiety, LOL. Dr. Brad came in and gave me some great advice on how to take care of my teeth over the next 6 months to help them become stronger. No cavities today to be filled and I have 6 more months of freedom. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience. I am actually looking forward to my next visit!
Went in for a crown but Dr Brad was able to save the integrity of the tooth with a filling. Which also saved me $$.

I have been going to Dr. Brad Jolly for my dental needs for many, many years. I have found he and the others in this dental office to be not only extremely professional and competent but also extremely friendly. This dental practice almost makes it a pleasure to have your teeth worked on, and for me that's saying something. This past visit was to have my bi-annual teeth cleaning and yearly x-ray. All of this was handled very professionally. Dr. Brad Jolly also looked over the work and reviewed my general condition. I felt that they were genuinely concerned about my dental health. I am still going to this office for my dental work even though I have moved away from N. Little Rock. I would highly recommend this dental office to my friends or anyone else who asked me.

I am 41 years old and the last time I seen a dentist was when I was 19. For years I have been telling myself I have to start going to the dentist and take care of my teeth, but continued to put it off. Well I finally went today! My teeth are pretty bad and a lot of work is needed. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed at the condition of my teeth, but Dr. Brad Jolly and Mrs. ?? (oh no I forgot her name) made me feel so much better. They both expressed how proud they were that I have finally decided to take this step. Thank you so much for making me feel better about it all.

I lost an inlay on my tooth while eating lunch and the office got me in at 2:30PM to assess it. Very impressed with all that were involved and very thankful that it was apply to be put back on. Thanks to all that were involved in the excellent service I received. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Wright.

Everything was great. I did not experience any problems whatsoever. I think you should provide some type of hair nets for patients that has to have front teeth dental work. Hair nets will help prevent your hair from getting wet during procedures. overall I think you guys provide excellent service..

I am always amazed at how many people are smiling in this office. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists, and even most of the patients. There always seems to be a positive atmosphere in this office. When my appointed time comes around, I appreciate being seen on time. They never make you feel bad for being afraid and they don't talk down to you. Great dental office with great staff!

Dr. Robert Jolly treated me when I was a teenager. He was always professional, kind and entertaining, which took the edge off of my nervousness. He was also, very conscientious about making sure my visits were as painless as possible. He always took very good care of me. I moved away for quite a while and about ten years ago I returned to NLR and was looking for a local dentist and found the Jolly Family Dentistry clinic and immediately made them my dental care provider. Let me just say that truely, the apples don't fall far from the tree. Drs. Scott and Brad continue the tradition that their dad, Dr. Robert started. They are the best and their staff is too.
